
As a mother of two, I gained at least 60 pounds from each pregnancy, it was a great disaster for a person who weight less than 105 pounds before marriage and turn to 165 pounds after pregnancy, all my clothes was unfit, and the trousers can only reach up to my knee! i have to wear loose clothes and all my confidence was gone.

I tried fasting and weight loss diet pill , and i lost 20 pounds for a big eater like me, my skin was loose and the skin texture looked terrible in return. A little voice in my heart keep telling me that " you can't depend on fasting or weight loss pill to lose weight/maintain weight forever !" so i struggle VERY hard to come out strategies and loss 60 pounds after my 1st pregnancy in 6 months, and loss 55 pounds after my 2nd pregnancy in 9 months, which mean i have lost a total of 115 pounds. Food
One important thing that most of us don’t get in our diets is fiber. We tend to eat way too many processed foods, which have much of the natural fiber removed. Fiber is a key factor in weight loss. Fiber makes you feel fuller without adding calories to your diet. High-fiber foods leave you more satisfied after eating a given amount of food, and this makes it easier to stick with your weight loss plan.
Some foods that are naturally high in fiber are beans, peas, lentils, nuts, whole wheat, flaxseed, oats, and barley. High-fiber fruits and vegetables include plums, prunes, berries, potatoes, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, and zucchini. It is often the skin or husk that has the most fiber.
You can also add fiber to your diet by adding high-fiber ingredients such as bran or psyllium seed husk to other foods.
A secret tip is : take prune (fresh /dry) regularly, it helps bowing miraclely!

Exercise
Within a few weeks of using a certain exercise plan weight loss may start to struggle. Sometimes this is because the muscles have adapted to the exercise you're doing.
To overcome these issues its important to change an exercise routine regularly. This helps re-challenge the body forcing muscles to adapt to new levels of stress and once more multiple calorie burning can occur. How often exercise routines need to be changed will depend on the individual and many other factors such as genetics, recovery factors, nutrition or fitness levels. I always change my routine when I can no longer progress for 3 consecutive workouts. It can also be good practice to change other aspects of exercise routines such as the frequency, duration, tempo and time of exercise. In my case, i do yoga on monday, wednesday and friday, and mountain climbing on sunday; then i will switch to my second routine which is jogging on monday, friday, yoga on wednesday, three months later to generate new stress to the body.
A secret tip is : Eat less after exercise, for instance, you can take red bean soup/green bean soup, fruit, little amount (very little) of food after your workout.
These methods work on me, and it will work on you too !!!
